k3y no key balls showing on page 27 or any page after

On the second or third level of page 27, no key balls are displayed -in fact there are no balls at all. I can drop red balls and three join up and dissapear, but the gate does not open. I lose the life and return to menu when all accessable pages after level 27 show the same problem
