Christmas Adventure Candy Storm doesn't run

I have a problem getting this game to work also. I get the following message: The program can't start because MSVR100.dll is missing from your computer. I have followed the instructions on this site and it says I have all the current files and the game still does not work,but not just this game but any I try to download.

i have tried several times to get this game to work, download does fine then when i open it stays a blank screen game won't load
