an error occurred while loading - the princess case

I am running Windows 7 and have had success downloading other games. However, I have downloaded and installed "The Princess Case." Yet when I try to play the game it says, "An error occurred while loading." I uninstalled the game and downloaded the game again. It still gives the same message. Anyone have an idea what is going on?
