game stops working

Keep getting message wrapgame.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. This is happening as soon as I click on clock or it just stops. I use windows 10

I was SO hoping you got an answer to this as I get that message on Gardenscapes game.

I fixed it myself by right clicking on game icon on home screen and going to properties and checking compatibility and it was changed to windows 8 platform.
