Missing MSVCP100.dll

I am getting this message on some of your games and checked the support section. It said to download and install the .Net framework from Microsoft, which I did but no luck.

PLEASE someone help me !!!!!

I finally got it fixed !! I was putting the games on my older laptop so ended up getting older files and .dll's from Microsoft site.
