I load 3 times the games Royal Envoy, and each times. I installed it and when it's time to play, he don't open and he writing msvcp100.dll not found.

Shadow Shelter not working
I have installed Shadow Shelter more than once... updated my Graphics card etc, but I still only get the sound playing on my PC and no picture... does anyone know how to fix it? I run Windows 10 on my pc.

Have tried around 20 times to download, as soon as I want to start playing the game I am immediately kicked out to the Gametop website which tells me "thank you for playing" which would be great if I could actually play the game....
All gametop's other games work; what is wrong with this one?
The game requirements are correct; I have even checked to see if the game will run if I attempt the trial of an hour; and that all worked fine....
Very disappointed!

Running on Win 10 on HP laptop
Game runs OK.
But in some rooms - for example, the garage - there is a clue hidden in a coil in the middle of the room. But when I move my pointer to that point, it changes to the "Return to previous room" pointer and I cannot get to that clue.
Display is set to 1920X1080.
I have changed the display settings to smaller numbers, but the game overrides that to set its own size.
And I still cannot get to that clue.

Game part does not run at all
Tried compatibility thing but I don't think that ever works - it didn't on Win 7 and it didn't here
OK, reloaded game.
Went to Windows Program Files Gametop game folder (Space Legends)
Right-clicked on game.exe
Clicked Compatability tab
Clicked to set checkmark beside "Disable display setting on high DPI settings"
(My display is set to 1920 x 1080)
Game worked fine.
l also tried to download Sacred Almanac on my windows 10 and it said the game is corrupted!!!!!!

This could be a case when there are some network problems while downloading the installer file. You could try to delete the files and just download and install the game again as suggested.
