I had it on casual play but then I lost the words inside the speech balloons and lost even the clues in the room in the room where the burglarly took place - and then everything froze. No speech and clues and this is casual play. Does anyone know why this happened?

I can download both 1 and 2 parts of the game. When I click on them, a large black box appears on my screen and I have to restart the computer to get rid of it, the game will not come up. On the gametop page comes up, it says I have to pay $2.99 to continue playing the game. Help!?

Gardenscapes 5 Mansion Makeover downloaded on Windows 10 and plays part way through
then stops and closes. Any solutions to this problem?
